The session will provide greater understanding of the BLM's 2024 Public Lands Rule, what it means for mountain bikers, and how it relates to the BLM's 2023 Blueprint for 21st Century Outdoor Recreation. 

Presenters will include IMBA’s Government Affairs Policy Manager, Aaron Clark; BLM’s Brian St George- Acting Associate State Director for Colorado; and Kevin Oliver- Division Chief Recreation and Visitor Services of the BLM’s Headquarters.
