Financial Information
IMBA's database does not store credit card information. When you make a contribution to IMBA or any IMBA Local Member Organization on imba.com you are supporting the entire IMBA network and a local mountain biking partner/s.
Some details of your contribution (amount, date of contribution, fund, Local Membership Organization, etc.) will be viewable by you, IMBA staff and your IMBA Local Member Organization's leadership (if you are associated with or donated to an IMBA Member Organization) on the "Contributions" tab of your contact record.
IMBA can process anonymous donations. If you would prefer your donation to IMBA or an IMBA Local Member Organization to remain anonymous, please contact IMBA Member Services at 303-545-9011 or [email protected].
When will IMBA contact you?
Communications may include email newsletters, Action Alerts and fundraising/membership solicitations. All emails from IMBA include appropriate opt-out links, as required by the CAN-SPAM Act.
IMBA Members receive renewal notices through direct mail and email as their membership expiration date approaches. Once the membership renewal is processed, notices will cease until the new expiration date approaches (but may overlap if the renewal occurs after print notices have shipped). Contacts with multiple memberships will receive renewal notices for each individual IMBA Local Membership Organization membership and/or IMBA National Membership.
