Jen Hanks

Jen Hanks started riding mountain bikes while attending the University of Iowa in 1994. Since then, she has ridden and raced her bike around the world and has a special affinity for multi-day mountain bike stage racing. For Jen, mountain biking is a lifestyle, not simply a hobby. She has been a board member of the Southern Nevada Mountain Bike Association (SNMBA), an IMBA local partner, since 2018. Jen has been pivotal in partnering the mountain bike community with local land managers with the goal of legitimizing mountain bike trails. Jen is passionate about promoting physical and mental wellness through outdoor recreation and mountain biking. She currently lives in Las Vegas, Nevada with her husband and hound dog
