Huntsville Area Mountain Bike Riders (HAMR) aims to construct an advanced mountain bike ride area, "The Sinks," at Monte Sano State Park in Huntsville, AL, incorporating downhill "flow" style trails and challenging features. Funds raised via this campaign will go toward purchasing pre-fabricated features and related materials to enhance local outdoor recreation. This is part of a larger vision that throughout a three-phase build will result in professionally contracted trail design and construction.

HAMR is excited to announce an exhilarating addition to Monte Sano State Park trail system: the Sinks mountain bike ride area. In partnership with Monte Sano State Park in Huntsville, AL, this cutting-edge project will leverage the park's distinctive natural terrain to create a series of thrilling downhill trails, complete with dirt berm turns, drops, jumps, and an array of challenging rock and wood features.

To bring the Sinks ride area to life, HAMR aims to raise over $5,000 through Dig-In, with matching grants providing an additional $5,000. These funds will be allocated towards the procurement of fabricated features and essential materials. In recognition of our generous contributors, plaques acknowledging their support will adorn the features and related signage throughout the area.
