Every child should have the opportunity to be on trails and enjoy the outdoors.
Nederland Elementary has about 35% of its students on free or reduced lunch. Even if most families do not qualify for free or reduced lunch, outdoor equipment remains expensive and inaccessible to many Nederland families.
Peak to Peak Endurance aims to lower the barrier of entry to mountain biking for youth in Nederland, Colorado by providing free equipment and instruction. Dig In funds raised will go directly to the purchase, maintenance, and secure storage of bikes and equipment. The organization has partnered with Singletrack Mountain Bike Adventures and their certified coaches to lead the in-school programs and provide appropriate level instruction. They have also partnered with local bike shops to purchase equipment wholesale, and the Town of Nederland for safe and secure bicycle storage.

Peak to Peak Endurance will be working with over 120 Ned students each semester and introducing them to the joy of shredding on a mountain bike.
