Please join us in Park City, UT, one of the most iconic mountain bike destinations in the country, July 25th-27th, 2025. You’ll enjoy incredible riding, conversation, and hospitality with other IMBA Singletrack Society members, IMBA board members and leadership team staff.

You don’t want to miss this event! The event starts at 6:30 pm on Friday, July 25th. Optional rides will be available for those arriving a day or two early, and who want to make the most out of their trip. Here's the schedule:

Wednesday July 23rd, afternoon - optional, casual, all-ability ride

Friday July 25th 6:30 pm - kick off the Summer Singletrack Society Gathering!

• Join us for dinner, drinks, and socializing at the Red Banjo Pizza on Main Street Park City with other Singletrack Society members, IMBA staff, board members and local trail advocates. The evening will include opportunities to discuss IMBA’s work, ask questions, hear about our plans, and give us your feedback.

Saturday July 26th 8:30 am - rides all around Park City

• We suggest that you check out some of the great breakfast diners and coffee shops in town before meeting at Park City Mountain Resort. We'll break up into groups for all abilities with local guides. Maybe you'd enjoy shuttling up to 9,700' at Guardsman Pass, and descending back to the town? Or maybe ride the full length of the Mid-Mountain Trail? Or maybe take some laps at Deer Valley Bike Park? We'll have it all!
• We’ll take a break and gather for lunch together
• We’ll ride again in the afternoon or shuttle back to town

Saturday July 26th 6:30 p.m. - dinner

• We look forward to wonderful local hospitality downtown Park City, where we'll meet for dinner and drinks, with plenty of time for socializing and talking trails!

Sunday July 27th 8:30 a.m. - more riding

• We suggest that you again check out some of the great breakfast diners and coffee shops in town before meeting at Park City Mountain Resort, where we'll meet our guides and shuttle vehicles and head out again to ride. We'll have some closing comments from our Executive Director, Dave Wiens around 1:00 p.m.
• We'll have a leisurely lunch and an afternoon ride for anyone staying around 

Please note:

• For accommodations, there are many options to choose from including AirB&Bs, hotels, and campgrounds. There are a few options for lodging that are running early season specials at the moment. The Silver King and Shadow Ridge Hotels are located right next to the Park City Mountain Resort, please call 1-888-667-2775 and mention IMBA Singletrack Society when booking for a great rate. Another great option is the Marriott Mountainside Resort. The Marriott is located slightly up the hill from the base at PCMR overlooking the resort. Other listings are available here. We suggest that you stay close to PCMR as that is where we will be meeting for most of the events.
• We recommend booking accommodations as soon as possible, as summer in Park City can be very busy
• Some trails in Park City are open to ebikes, some are not, our guides will lead rides on trails for both groups
• Weather can be changeable - for the rides we suggest regular riding attire including sunscreen, a light rain jacket and a backpack for water and snacks. The evening gatherings will be held indoors and/or on a heated patio. We suggest bringing a sweater or jacket too
