    Full Summit Registration (June 18-21) includes:

    • Opening Ceremonies at Utah Olympic Park
    • All keynote, plenary, and concurrent sessions
    • Conference breakfasts, lunches, and snacks
    • Group rides and networking opportunities
    • Bike Film Thursday Night party
    • Kona-IMBA Epic Mountain Bike Ride on Saturday (which includes pre-Epic breakfast)
    • Closing Saturday Party & BBQ
    • IMBA Schwag

    Does not include lodging, transportation, or dinners Thursday or Friday nights.

    The non-member fee includes a one-year supporting IMBA membership (a $40 value)

    One-Day Registrations

    Registrations include conference breakfast, keynote speakers, plenary and concurrent sessions, lunch, facilitated networking, group rides, and parties for that one day only.

    Does not include lodging, transportation or dinner.

    The non-member fee includes a one-year basic IMBA membership
    Thursday, June 19 $200 $225
    Friday, June 20 $200 $225

    Accompanying persons

    Individuals wishing to bring an accompanying person(s) to the Summit may purchase separate tickets to the Parties and Kona-IMBA Epic Ride at the Summit. The costs of the events are listed below.

    These events are all included in the Full Summit Registration Fees - these are the ticket prices if you wish to purchase additional tickets for family or friends to these social functions. Tickets will be available on-site at the Summit in Park City

    Opening Ceremonies
    (Utah Olympic Park)     		Wednesday, June 18 - 6pm $30
    Kona-IMBA Epic Mountain Bike Ride
    (includes pre-ride breakfast and the
    post-ride closing party BBQ)     		Saturday, June 21 - 9am$30
    Closing Party BBQ

    Refund Policy

    Cancellations made before May 26 will be refunded, minus a $75 US processing fee for Full Registrations, $50 for One-Day Registrations. Refund checks will be mailed after the close of the Summit. Individuals requesting a refund must provide the conference organizers with a current mailing address. Cancellations made after May 26 will not be refunded.
